Celebrating the past. Continuing the legacy.

Your support makes this project a reality.

The Armenian Heritage Walk project carries forward the legacy of our predecessors by revitalizing the Young Meher Statue at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It aims to honor our rich history, celebrate our vibrant culture, reflect our experience in America, and serve as a tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide.

This special project will unfold in two phases. Phase one includes constructing the initial walkway and restoring the original 1976 Young Meher Statue, with groundbreaking set for April 26, 2025. The project is expected to be completed by April 2026, aligning with the 250th anniversary celebration of America, marking 50 years since the statue’s original unveiling. Phase two will focus on selecting and installing public artworks along the walkway to enhance and enrich the experience.
